State of Colorado
CJK is working with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety to obtain the necessary permits. This permitting process allows for public comment and input. CJK is currently working to address input received by stakeholders in the area.
Lake County
CJK Milling will submit applications for Conditional Use Permits (CUP) with Lake County for both slag removal and reclamation/milling operations.
